1- The tenant takes full responsibility for the rental item(s), stating that heis fit and able to use it, without creating any risks to third parties.

2-The tenant declares that he withdraws the rented material in perfect state of operation and maintenance, taking full responsibility for the risks during the use of it.

3-When using bikes and accessories, the tenant must always comply with the road code and comply with the safetyregulations, in case of stopping close to the bike or keep it always close to view to avoid possible theftortampering.

4-The material is not insured, in case of theft the tenant must make a regular complaint with the relevant law enforcement agencies. In the event of loss or vandalism, the tenant agrees to notify and pay the item in question, or the damage that has occurred, within the day, according to the market value.

5-In the event of inadequate use or damage to the rented material, the restoration will be charged to the tenant according to the value and price list in force – work cost.

6-Replacing the material with one at an equal value during the rental will always bepossible.

7-This exclusion of civil and criminal liability includes damages rights to persons/materials derived from both guilt and endangerment, irrespective of their legal case.

8-This contract must be exclusively accepted and signed by an adult, even for multiple persons or groups, making itself responsible for all the entries of the contract, exhibiting valid ID.

9-The return of the rented material must take place in the place granted within the closing time, in case of delay, notify the operator of the return point in time.

10-The early termination of the rental agreement is possible by returning the material without the claim of reimbursement by the tenant, reimbursements are made exclusively for illnesses and/or injury by displaying a medical certificate.

By signing, I accept all conditions and the listed rental material.

11-Matteo Spadone, as the Data Controller, hereby informs you that the personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, exclusively for the fulfilment of contractual requirements and related obligations and, with your express consent, it may also be used to send promotional and commercial communications. Ai sensi e per gli effetti di cui agli articoli  1341 e 1342 del Codice Civile, il/la sottoscritto/a locatario dichiara di aver preso visione delle clausole stese su questo modulo dal n. 1 al 11 e di accettarle in particolare il punto 11 riguardante la tutela dei dati personali. I declare the accuracy of the above stated data and my will to rent the sports equipment in question. In compliance with Art. 1341 and 1342 of the italian civil law, I, the undersigned rentee declares to have read the clauses overleaf from No 1 to No 11 and accept them , in particular No 11  regarding the protection of the personal data.
